Home page alerts #
The client area home has two panels that warn you in time: Unpaid Invoices with a pay button, and Domains Expiring Soon with a renew button.
When do renewal invoices arrive? #
- Hosting and services: the invoice is issued a few days before the due date, with an email reminder. Pay before the date so the service keeps running.
- Domains: the invoice is issued 30 days before expiry when auto renew is on, or renew manually any time.
- Pay from Billing with any of the payment methods.
Tip: make sure your email in “Account Details” is correct: renewal invoices and reminders go there. Saudi .sa domains have a 15-day grace period after expiry.
