# How to Find When Your Services Expire

**In short:** You find when any service expires in the "Next Due Date" column: Services → My Services for hosting, and Domains → My Domains for domains. The home page also alerts you to unpaid invoices and domains expiring soon. Domain invoices are issued 30 days before expiry, and service invoices a few days before the due date.

## Where is the expiry date?

1. Log in to the [client area](https://www.hyyat.com/en/knowledgebase/explain-how-to-enter-the-client-area/) with your email and password, or with the Google account linked to it.
2. For hosting and services open [Services → My Services](https://www.hyyatdomain.com/clientarea.php?action=services&language=english), and for domains open [Domains → My Domains](https://www.hyyatdomain.com/clientarea.php?action=domains&language=english).
3. Look at the **Next Due Date** column: that is when the service is due. Click any service to see all its details.

## Home page alerts

The client area home has two panels that warn you in time: **Unpaid Invoices** with a pay button, and **Domains Expiring Soon** with a renew button.

## When do renewal invoices arrive?

- **Hosting and services:** the invoice is issued a few days before the due date, with an email reminder. Pay before the date so the service keeps running.
- **Domains:** the invoice is issued 30 days before expiry when [auto renew](https://www.hyyat.com/en/knowledgebase/domain-auto-renewal/) is on, or [renew manually](https://www.hyyat.com/en/knowledgebase/renew-domain-manually/) any time.
- Pay from Billing with any of the [payment methods](https://www.hyyat.com/en/knowledgebase/payment-methods/).

 **Tip:** make sure your email in "Account Details" is correct: renewal invoices and reminders go there. Saudi .sa domains have a 15-day grace period after expiry.

## FAQ

### What if I miss the due date?

The service may be suspended until the invoice is paid. Domains have a grace period, then a redemption period with a fee. See [renewing a domain manually](https://www.hyyat.com/en/knowledgebase/renew-domain-manually/).

### I do not want to renew a service.

Submit a [hosting cancellation](https://www.hyyat.com/en/knowledgebase/cancel-hosting-renewal/) or [domain cancellation](https://www.hyyat.com/en/knowledgebase/request-domain-cancellation/) request before the due date.

### Why do my domain and hosting dates differ?

Each service has its own start date. You can renew the domain early to line them up.

Under Billing, paid and unpaid.
