Which document applies to my service?

The General Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy apply to everyone, then the agreement for the service you ordered: hosting, domains, servers, or design and programming.

What if two documents conflict?

A signed written agreement for your project comes first, then the service agreement, then the General Terms, then the policies.

How will I know about changes?

We email your registered address 14 days before any material change, and each document has a version number, date and change log.

Where is the refund policy?

In the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which covers every case: hosting, domains, servers and design.
