In this Domain Name Registration Agreement, the terms (registrant), (you) and (yours) all refer to one of the registrants in the process of registering a domain name on the Internet, and the terms (we), (us) and (our) mean Life Host Corporation hyyat4host or any of its agents. And the term (services) means the domain name registration services that we provide through hyyat4host or any of its marketers, sellers or agents. Domain Name Registration Agreement Term
This agreement is valid for the duration of the registration period of the domain name you have chosen

You agree that in the event of an objection to your domain name registration or reservation submitted by a third party, you will be subject to the provisions specified in the International Domain Name Dispute Policy.
You agree that your domain name registration will be subject to suspension, cancellation or transfer in accordance with our policy or

When you wish to transfer the ownership of the domain name to a third party, we are not responsible for it, nor for any problems that may occur to it as a result of you assigning the name incorrectly or due to the loss of your login data for the email you registered with us.

You must accept Liability for any damages arising from any wrong use of your site name, and you acknowledge that you will enter into an agreement with any third party with the same terms and conditions of this agreement.
You agree that all of our liability and your exclusive right to indemnify in connection with the service(s) provided under this Agreement and any breach of the Agreement will be limited exclusively to the amount you paid for the initial registration of the domain name. Host and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, third party providers, ICANN and registrars shall have no liability for any damages that may result from the use or inability to use the Services and shall not be liable for the costs of obtaining alternative services.
You agree to release and hold Hyatt Host, its contractors, agents, employees, directors, affiliates, ICANN, registrants, directors, employees and agents harmless from all liability, claims and costs, including attorneys’ fees, arising from third parties as a result of the registration or use of the domain name registered in your name, including, for example For example, but not limited to violations committed by you or any third party by accessing your account ID and password. You agree to release and compensate us according to the terms and conditions contained in the Disputes Policy. When we are threatened by a case brought by a third party, we may ask for guarantees In writing from you regarding your promise to indemnify us. The person named as a registrant on the site will be registered as the owner of the name, and the person named as the administrative contact at the time of completing the account ID and password control will be considered the designated registrant who has the authority to manage the domain name. You agree that before transferring ownership of the domain name to another person (Transferee) You will ask the Transferee to agree in writing to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If the transferee fails to reasonably (as we see fit) with the terms and conditions of the Domain Name Registration Agreement, any transfer or transfer will become null and void.
You agree that any failure to comply with any of the provisions of the Domain Name Registration Agreement or any operating rule, policy or dispute policy submitted by us may be considered a material breach of the Domain Name Registration Agreement and may result in the submission of a written note by us describing such violation. If, within 30 days of receiving the said notice, you do not provide us with satisfactory evidence that you have not breached your obligations under this Agreement, we will cancel your domain name registration or domain name reservation.
You agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk. And you agree that the services provided are provided on the basis of what is available and as available. We disclaim and declare not to provide any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES PROVIDED WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THESE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SAFE OR ERROR-FREE AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE RESULTS YOU MAY GET from the use of such services, nor any warranties as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the services, or that defects in those services will be corrected.
As part of the registration process we will ask you to provide us with certain information and to promptly provide us with any change in that information when such change occurs so that our records are kept up-to-date, complete and accurate.
