In short: Webmail is your email in a web browser, with no app needed. Go to yourdomain.com/webmail (replace yourdomain.com with your domain), enter your full email address and its password, and start reading your messages from any device.

You can open Webmail using either of these addresses, replacing yourdomain.com with your own domain:

How to log in #
- Open one of the links above in any browser.
- Enter your full email address, such as [email protected], not just the first part.
- Enter the email account password and click Log in.
- If asked, choose the Webmail app, such as Roundcube, and you will see your inbox.
Forgot your email password? #
The website owner can reset it from cPanel: open Email Accounts, find the address, click Manage and set a new password.
Common problems and fixes #
- Login failed: make sure you typed the full email address and check Caps Lock.
- Security warning in the browser: your domain may not have an SSL certificate yet; ask support or use the server hostname link they provide.
- Page does not open: check that your domain points to the hosting server.
