| Amount | The renewal amount and billing cycle (monthly, annually…) |
| Next Due Date | The date the service is due for renewal. See when your services expire. |

The service page #
Click any service to open Product Details: package, registration date, recurring amount, next due date and payment method, plus management buttons.
- Log in to cPanel directly without a password. See logging in to cPanel.
- Upgrade/Downgrade when you need more space or resources.
- Request Cancellation if you no longer need it. See cancelling hosting.
Status “Suspended”? Usually an overdue invoice. Pay it from Billing and the service resumes after payment. If it does not, or the reason is different, open a support ticket.
