If you receive spam, find a phishing or malware page, are attacked from one of our servers, or find content on a site we host that infringes your rights, tell us through the report form. We review every report and take the right action with the service owner under our agreements.
To report abuse of a service hosted with Hyyat Host, open the report form, choose the abuse type, enter the domain or URL and attach the evidence. We review the report, then give the service owner 48 hours to fix normal cases and 12 hours for serious ones such as phishing and malware, and suspend the service if it is not fixed. We do not accept reports by WhatsApp or phone.
