Fix CC Error: Country Code Lookups setting MM_LICENSE_KEY must be set

Maxmind withdraws public access to GeoLite2 databases as of December 31, 2019. You can read about the changes here:

For now, you will have to register on the Maxmind website and set up a free license key:

Generate a free license key (when asked – Will this key be used for geo-update? Choose: No)

https://www.maxmind.com/en/accounts/current/license-key

then go to Settings -> Geolocation Settings -> enter the MaxMind license key option.
