In short: To edit domain contact details: Domains → My Domains → click the domain → “Contact Information”. Choose the contact (Registrant for the owner, Admin, Tech), select “Specify custom information below”, enter the details in English, and click “Save Changes”. The owner email matters most: the transfer code and approvals go there.

Domain contact information is the owner and contacts on record with the registry. Keeping it correct proves you own the domain and makes sure renewal and transfer emails reach you.

Who is each contact? #
| Contact | Role |
|---|---|
| Registrant | The owner. The key one: it proves ownership, and the EPP code and transfer approvals go to its email. |
| Admin | The administrative contact. |
| Tech | Contacted about technical matters. |
| Billing | Shown by some registrars, for billing matters. |
Before changing the owner: changing the owner name or email on global domains can lock transfers for 60 days, and a confirmation email may go to the old and new addresses that must be approved. For some extensions such as .sa this option does not appear; changes go through a support ticket.
FAQ #
Why in English? #
Global registries accept Latin characters only in most fields.
Does this change my client account details? #
No. Your account details are separate; this only changes the domain.
I got a confirmation email after editing. #
Approve it from the link in the email, or the change may not be applied.
Why don’t I get the EPP code? #
Usually the Registrant email is outdated. Fix it here, then request the code again.
