- Visa and Mastercard, including prepaid cards

Card payments are processed by Paymob, so your card details are entered on the secure payment page and are not stored by us.
How to pay with Mada, Visa or Mastercard, step by step #
Important: if you are an existing customer and your account currency is US dollars, ask our support team to switch it to Saudi riyals before paying by card.
- New order: choose your service, fill in your details, then under payment methods choose Mada – Mastercard – Visa – Apple Pay and click to submit the order.
Existing customer: log in to the client area and open the invoice you want to pay. - Click Click to pay with Mada – Mastercard – Visa – Apple Pay. You will be taken to the secure Paymob payment page.
- Choose the card type, then click Proceed to payment.
- Enter the card details: the card number, the expiry date, the CVV/CVC (the three digits on the back of the card) and the cardholder name as printed on the card.
- Click Pay. After a successful payment the invoice is marked as paid and your service is activated.
Paying with PayPal #
At checkout, or on the invoice in the client area, choose PayPal and complete the payment from your PayPal account.
Common questions about card payments #
How do I know my card works online? #
If your card has a CVV/CVC code on the back, it can usually be used online. If not, ask your bank for a card that supports online payments.
Are online purchases enabled on my card by default? #
It depends on your bank. Some banks require you to enable online payments first, so check with your bank before paying if your payment is declined.
What is the difference between Mada and a prepaid Visa or Mastercard? #
A Mada card is linked to your bank current account, so purchases are deducted directly from it. A prepaid Visa or Mastercard is not linked to your account; purchases are paid from the balance you loaded onto it in advance.
