Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. 1.1Cancellation and refund requests are made through a ticket by the account holder only.
2. 1.2The amount due is refunded to the same payment method within 14 working days of approval, or as credit in your account if you prefer.
3. 1.3Non-refundable payment gateway fees may be deducted from the amount.
4. 1.4No amount is refunded when a service is terminated for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy or the agreements.
5. 1.5Free services and trials do not involve refunds.

1. 2.1You get a full refund of the hosting price if you request cancellation within 7 days of first subscribing to the service.
2. 2.2The refund does not cover renewals, domains, paid licenses (such as paid SSL certificates and software licenses), or fees for add-on work already done, such as manual migration.
3. 2.3If a domain was free with the hosting, its registration cost is deducted from the refund.
4. 2.4After 7 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, and the remainder is not refunded.

1. 3.1Domain registration, renewal and transfer fees are non-refundable once processed.
2. 3.2If a domain cannot be registered or transferred, the amount is refunded in full.

1. 4.1VPS, dedicated servers and Storage Box: full refund if the server or service has not been delivered, and no refund after delivery.
2. 4.2Setup fees are non-refundable.
3. 4.3Server management and the backup service: cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid term, with no refund for the remainder.

1. 5.1Refunds for design and programming services follow the Design and Programming Terms: in full before work starts, and after it starts, completed work is charged.

1. 6.1Open a ticket from your account asking to cancel the service, and say whether you want it cancelled immediately or at the end of the term.
2. 6.2To avoid a renewal invoice, cancel before the renewal date. If the invoice has been issued and not paid, it is cancelled with the service.
3. 6.3Keep a copy of your data before cancelling; after the service ends, data is deleted under each service's agreement.
4. 6.4If we terminate a service without cause on your side, we refund the unused period.
