Transfer from your current registrar

Transfer a domain from GoDaddy
  1. Open My Products > Domains and select the domain.
  2. Turn off Domain Lock in the domain settings.
  3. Choose "Transfer domain away from GoDaddy" to get the authorization code.
  4. Copy the code and start the transfer from the box at the top.
Transfer a domain from Namecheap
  1. In Domain List, click Manage next to the domain.
  2. In the Sharing & Transfer tab, turn off Domain Lock.
  3. Request the Auth Code; it is sent to your email.
  4. Start the transfer from the box at the top and enter the code.
Transfer a domain from Hostinger
  1. Open Domains and select the domain.
  2. Turn off Transfer lock on the domain page.
  3. Reveal and copy the EPP code.
  4. Start the transfer from the box at the top.
Transfer a domain from Another registrar
  1. Log in to the domain panel at your current registrar.
  2. Turn off the transfer lock.
  3. Request the EPP or Auth code.
  4. Start the transfer from the box at the top and approve the confirmation email.

How much does a domain transfer cost?

Transferring a .com domain costs 17.99$ (SAR 67.46) and includes a one-year renewal added to its expiry date.

How long does a domain transfer take?

Usually 5 to 7 days, and it can be faster if you approve the confirmation email sent to the owner address.

Will my website or email stop during the transfer?

No, as long as the DNS settings stay the same. A transfer only changes the registrar.

Do I lose the remaining time on my domain?

No. The remaining time stays, and the renewal year included in the price is added to it.

Why is a domain transfer sometimes rejected?

Usually because the lock is still on, the code is wrong, or 60 days have not passed since registration or the last transfer.

Should I move my hosting with the domain?

You can transfer the domain alone, or move it together with your website to one of our hosting plans.

How do I transfer a Saudi .sa domain?
