If Webmail works, the problem is in your Outlook settings: check that the incoming and outgoing server is mail.yourdomain.com, IMAP uses port 993 and SMTP port 465 with SSL, and outgoing authentication is on. If Webmail also fails, contact support.<\/div>\n<p>An email sending problem can differ from one site, device or internet provider to another, so first find out where the problem is.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Read the error code<\/h2>\n<p>When Outlook fails, it shows an error code. Searching for that code usually tells you the cause, and often it is simply a wrong setting.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Test your account in Webmail<\/h2>\n<p>Log in to Webmail with your email address and password and try sending and receiving a message.
