To receive<\/strong> it in Gmail, add a Forwarder<\/strong> from your business mailbox to your Gmail address.<\/div>\n

This guide connects an email address you created in cPanel (for example admin@yourcompany.com) to your Gmail account, so you can send and receive it from Gmail at no extra cost.<\/p>\n

What you need:<\/strong> a Gmail account, and a business email account on your domain (see how to create one<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Part 1: Send email from Gmail as your business address<\/h2>\n

  1. In Gmail, click the gear icon, then See all settings<\/strong>.\n

  2. Open Accounts and Import<\/strong> and, under Send mail as<\/strong>, click Add another email address<\/strong>.\n

  3. Enter your name and business email address and click Next Step<\/strong>.\n

  4. Enter the SMTP details: SMTP Server<\/strong> mail.yourdomain.com, Port<\/strong> 465, Username<\/strong> your full business email, Password<\/strong> its password, and choose Secured connection using SSL<\/strong>. Click Add Account<\/strong>.\n

  5. Gmail sends a confirmation email to your business address.\n

      Note:<\/strong> Gmail no longer supports fetching mail from other accounts over POP3 (“Check mail from other accounts”), so forwarding is the way to receive your business email in Gmail. Alternatively, add your business account directly to the Gmail app on your phone using IMAP<\/a> (server mail.yourdomain.com, port 993, SSL).<\/p>\n
