Enable Two-Factor Authentication for Your Client Area Account \u2014 Just Two Steps<\/span><\/h2>\n

Imagine someone got hold of your email and password \u2014 whether from a data breach on another website, or a phishing message you clicked by mistake. Without Two-Factor Authentication<\/strong>, they would be able to log in to your client area account exactly as you would.<\/p>\n

\n\u26a0\ufe0f Why does this matter to you specifically?<\/strong>
\nEven if someone knows your exact password (leaked from another site, for example), Two-Factor Authentication is what stops them from getting into your account with us. Setting it up takes less than two minutes<\/strong>, it’s completely free, and it’s available to all our customers.\n<\/div>\n

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)<\/strong>, also known as “two-step verification,” closes that door completely: even if someone knows your password, they won’t be able to log in without an extra code that only exists on your phone. Think of it like the code you get from WhatsApp or your bank’s app when logging in from a new device \u2014 same idea, except here the code is generated inside a small app on your phone (not a text message), so no one can steal it even if they hijack your SIM card.<\/p>\n

Why Enable It Right Now?<\/h2>\n

1\/ If your password ever leaks from another site where you use the same password (this happens more often than we realize), your account with us stays protected.<\/p>\n

2\/ Any login attempt from a new device or browser will require a code from your phone \u2014 meaning you’ll know immediately if someone tries to access your account.<\/p>\n

3\/ No one but you will be able to open your account, even if they have your exact password.<\/p>\n

4\/ The code changes automatically every 30 seconds, so it’s useless even if someone happens to see it.<\/p>\n

Do You Need Anything Complicated? No, Just Two Things<\/h2>\n

Step One: Download the App<\/h2>\n

Step Two: Enable Protection on Your Account<\/h2>\n

Once the app is installed, log in to your Client Area<\/strong><\/a>:<\/p>\n

You’ll see a box with a QR code and instructions \u2014 read them quickly to understand the next step:<\/p>\n

Open Google Authenticator on your phone, tap the add account button (+), choose “Scan a QR code,” and point your camera at the box shown on screen. The app will add the account automatically and display a 6-digit number \u2014 type that number into the site and click Submit<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Congratulations, Two-Factor Authentication is now enabled! \ud83c\udf89<\/p>\n

Important: copy and save the “backup code” shown on the same page somewhere safe (a note on your phone, or written down). You’ll only need it if you lose your phone or accidentally delete the app.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

From now on, every time you log in from a new device you’ll be asked for a code from the app, as shown below:<\/p>\n

Two-Factor Authentication is required to complete login.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Open the app on your phone and enter the number shown. Note that the number changes every 30 seconds, so if you’re too slow it will ask for a new one \u2014 no problem, just enter the new number.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Lost Your Phone or Want to Disable Two-Factor Authentication?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Log in as usual with your email and password, and you’ll see the option Log in using a Backup Code<\/a><\/strong> at the bottom of the page:<\/p>\n

Use the backup code you saved when you first enabled the feature:<\/p>\n
