5- Sorry, the domain already points to an IP address that does not appear to be using DNS servers associated with this server.<\/span><\/h3>\n

This problem occurs when trying to create an additional domain in the cPanel account and that domain uses DNS servers<\/p>\n

Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS<\/p>\n

There are two ways to solve this problem:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

1- Log in to WHM and go to Home \u00bb IP Functions \u00bb Configure Remote Service IPs.<\/p>\n

Then click on the second tab on the right \u201cRemote Name Server IPs\u201d and enter the private IP address(es)<\/p>\n

On the domain’s remote DNS server, you must enter one address per line, and then click Save.<\/p>\n

2- From WHM go to the disk settings Home \u00bb Server Configuration \u00bb Tweak Settings and look for the option<\/p>\n

“Allow Remote Domains”. Set it to On and click Save, please note that this is not recommended according to<\/p>\n

Description: \u201cAllow creation of parked\/extra domains that resolve other servers (eg domain transfers) may be<\/p>\n

This is a major security issue. If it must be enabled, make sure users are not allowed to put shared domains on the Internet. \u201cIf you<\/p>\n
