This concept as it was originally implemented in the Linux kernel is widely referred to as threading. The term Network Teaming was chosen to refer to this new implementation of the concept. The existing tethering driver is not affected, Network Teaming is offered as a replacement and does not replace tethering in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Link_aggregation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0Nic teaming<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The benefit of this feature<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>1- Combine the speeds that will pass for each card.
