# Connect Your Webmail Email to iPhone, Android and Outlook

**In short:** To use your domain email on a phone or in Outlook, add a new IMAP account and enter your full email address and password, with mail.yourdomain.com as both the incoming and outgoing server, SSL/TLS security, port 993 for incoming mail and port 465 for outgoing mail. We recommend IMAP so your messages stay in sync across all your devices.

This guide shows how to connect the email accounts you use in Webmail to iPhone (iOS), Android and Microsoft Outlook.

## Settings you need

- **Username:** your full email address, for example info@yourdomain.com
- **Password:** your email password
- **Incoming server (IMAP):** mail.yourdomain.com, SSL/TLS, port 993
- **Outgoing server (SMTP):** mail.yourdomain.com, SSL/TLS, port 465, authentication required
